Features

Search. Recommend. Compare. Assist. Convert.

One assistant for the shopping journey: discovery, decisions, cart, orders, and recovery, without replacing WooCommerce as your catalog or checkout.

Everything shoppers need

The capabilities, in one place.

Each feature is meant to do a shopping job, not just generate a reply. Catalog data stays the source of truth.

Natural language search

Ask for a black bag under $50 or products on sale. Intent can read price, category, attributes, and stock.

Smart recommendations

Related products, upsells, cross-sells, and complementary picks resolved against live inventory.

Product Q&A

Availability, variations, and product details from sanitized WooCommerce fields, not invented specs.

Compare products

Side-by-side comparison in chat so “which one?” takes less research.

Cart assistant

View totals, add variations, change quantity, remove items, and clear the cart with confirmation.

Order assistant

Logged-in history plus guest lookup with order number and billing email.

Sales guidance

Clarifying questions for broad requests, with guardrails against ungrounded product spam.

Cart recovery

Restore links, multi-step emails, branding, consent, and optional AI-written copy.

Quick Actions

One-tap shortcuts for search, recommendations, compare, Q&A, cart, orders, and sales help.

Multilingual replies

Auto-detect or a fixed language, with the shopper language remembered and RTL-aware layout.

Brandable chat UI

Colors, avatar, greeting, launcher side, and floating or shortcode placement.

Smart fallback

Catalog search and suggested queries keep working when AI is off, failing, or over budget.

Product discovery

Four ways to route search. One catalog.

Store owners can choose Automatic, Native WooCommerce, AI-assisted, or Hybrid routing. When AI cannot answer a product question, shoppers can still click suggested searches built from real categories, tags, products, attributes, and prices.

  • Smarter matching validated against live data
  • Out-of-stock handling you can configure
  • Match explanations as an optional setting
  • Dynamic suggested searches for AI-free moments

Recommendations that stay in the store

Higher-fit alternatives, without a hard sell.

Upsell and cross-sell conversations use WooCommerce relationships, catalog search, and cart context. Optional AI can help form a better query. The products still have to exist in your store.

  • Product page, cart, and chat contexts
  • Better-fit alternatives when that intent applies
  • Complementary products for bundles and accessories
  • No claim of a guaranteed conversion lift

Order Help

Sales Assistant

Store owners can add or edit Quick Actions: a chat message, a link, a contact form, or an AI action such as search, recommendation, comparison, Q&A, cart, order, or sales. Product-oriented buttons can still guide shoppers into catalog search when AI is unavailable.

Providers, privacy, and cost

Useful AI, with the controls a store actually needs.

OpenAI and Gemini

Selectable models, optional fallback provider, temperature, max tokens, timeout, and a carefully gated custom base URL. Keys are encrypted or can come from wp-config.

Usage guardrails

Track completed provider calls and token usage. A daily token budget can degrade the assistant toward plain WooCommerce search. 0 means no cap.

Privacy and access

API secrets stay at Administrator level. Rate limits, conversation TTL, WordPress export/erase tools, and an optional full wipe on uninstall.

Also included

The details store teams ask about.

Analytics

Conversations, searches, comparisons, questions, add-to-cart, checkout, Quick Actions, language mix, top products, CSV export, and optional insight summaries.

Back-in-stock notify

Out-of-stock product cards can capture an email instead of ending the conversation.

Developer hooks

Filters and actions for careful extensions, including optional semantic search backends. The product story stays shopping, not a framework pitch.

See it on a store

The full assistant, sized to how many sites you run.

Pricing is by sites and support. The shopping features are not locked behind a surprise tier.
